For example, the regulation implementing Law No. 2341 generally requires a notarized power for administrative action taken on behalf of another person. Before accepting the engagement, the required authority and any step requiring personal appearance or signature are reviewed.
What documents are useful for an initial review?+
It depends on the matter. As a practical rule, useful materials include the resolution or notice received, file or procedure number, related contracts or title documents, payment receipts and a short chronology of events. Passwords, banking access codes and highly sensitive documents should not be sent through the public website form.
Does an initial consultation guarantee a favorable result?+
No. A legal consultation can identify background, risk, options and next steps, but no outcome should be guaranteed before the file and applicable law are reviewed. The scope of the engagement is defined after the initial assessment.
